To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for the return.
Share clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging before shipping.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The refund is typically initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products in cases of:

Incorrect product delivered
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
